Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell new, 100% authentic designer products through our on-line store. We do not sell replica or designer inspired merchandise.

Why should I register with divine?

For anyone who is genuinely interested in purchasing designer accessories at special prices we would encourage you to register with divine-store. This will ensure you are kept informed of our new products and special offers. Some of our offers may not make it onto our on-line store as items are sold out before we have the chance to add them.

How will you inform me of new products and special offers?

Registered customers will receive details of our special offers and new products via our divine newsletter. The purpose of this newsletter is to provide you with an informative and lighthearted update on the changing face of fashion. It will include articles on what's hot, that must have accessory, new trends and styles together with details of our new designers and merchandise. We will also include details of our special offers, sale items and competitions.

How often do you receive new merchandise?

We are continually purchasing new merchandise to ensure we hold a varied selection of goods in line with trends and styles for a particular season. If you do not see what you are looking for within our on-line store then please contact us at info@divine-store.com and we will make enquiries as to the items availability.

Are you able to ship merchandise to international customers?

Yes. The only countries we are unable to ship items to are the United States of America and Canada. This is due to insurance reasons.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices include UK VAT at 15%. UK VAT will automatically be deducted from orders shipped to non-EU countries.

What is my wishlist?

This facility enables you to let your nearest and dearest know which items within divine-store you are interested in and would love to have. Perfect for making sure you receive that ideal Birthday or Christmas gift! Simply select the items you like and e-mail them to a friend or partner - what could be easier?

What payment methods do you accept?

You may choose to pay for your order in a number of ways. We accept on-line all major credit/debit cards which include Visa, MasterCard, JCB Cards, Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, Amex and Diners Cards. Alternatively, we also accept payment by postal order, cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us at info@divine-store.com if you would like to pay via one of these alternative payment methods to ensure your item(s) is reserved.

Do you ship to alternative addresses?

Yes. When paying by postal order, cheque or bank transfer we can ship your order to an alternative address. However, when paying by credit/debit card your order can only be shipped to the cardholders address.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase(s) then return the order to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, and we will refund the cost of the product (s) item. Please note no refund will be given for any postage and packaging costs. Further information regarding our returns and cancellation policy can be found within the Our Policies section.

What currencies do you accept?

Although divine-store offers a facility to view prices in alternative currencies, all payments will be collected in pounds sterling (£). The prices shown in alternative currencies are a guide price only as we only update the exchange rate on a weekly basis. Please refer to the Change Currency section on our website which highlights the rates used to calculate the guide prices.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours subject to payment approval, verification of the delivery/billing address and stock availability. If you choose to pay for your order by cheque, then your order will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the courier, tracking number and anticipated delivery date. You can then log on to the relevant couriers website, key in your tracking number and view the status of your order.

At what point will my account be debited?

Stock levels are automatically monitored and updated within our on-line store. Therefore, if the item you are purchasing is in stock, your account will be debited as part of the checkout process.

What is Your favourites?

This facility allows you to compare your favourite items from within divine-store while you are shopping therefore making the selection process easier! Any items added to Your favourites will be saved and will be displayed for you on your next visit.

Can I feel safe shopping through your on-line store?

Absolutely. We use industry standard SSL technology with 128 bit encryption to ensure your transactions are secure.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

divine-store offers a fixed carriage cost per order so, no matter how many items are purchased only one carriage cost is applicable. The following information outlines the carriage costs payable together with an indication of delivery times. However, please note timescales may vary depending on the country of destination. UK - 2 DAYS - £7.00. EUROPE - 7 DAYS - £14.00. INTERNATIONAL - 14 DAYS - £16.00.
